As I posted about a month ago, I started a new protocol for reversing fibromyalgia. Part of the protocol involves mapping fibro nodules in your body and if the protocol is working, after one month the nodules in the left thigh or in both thighs should be gone. Today I went to my fibro doctor and the fibro nodules in both my thighs were gone, right on schedule!!! Yeah!! I am on the road to recovery from fibromyalgia.
If you have stumbled on this site and this post and have fibromyalgia – there is a way to reverse it. It takes time, but I am so hopeful for the first time in years!
If you suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms – you need to read Dr. Amand’s book.
The below links shed new light on fibromyalgia:
In a book written by Dr. Paul St. Amand, What Your Doctor may not tell you about Fibromyalgia, Dr. Amand gives you 40 years of research with 1000’s of patients about the genetic syndrome called fibromyalgia, as well as, a protocol to reverse it. There is hope for those of us who suffer from this disease!
I have read the book and am currenlty following Dr. Amands effective treatment of fibromyalgia under the supervision of Dr. Melissa Congdon, Corte Madera, CA, who trained with Dr. Amand and has personally recovered from fibromyalgia following Dr. Amand’s protocol.

I am a native San Franciscan currently living in Sacramento, CA. Due to health issues in my early 20s, I began a spiritual journey in quest of inner peace and healing. I felt my soul and body were connected and if my soul could heal, perhaps so could my body.
I was a lapsed Catholic who studied Eastern religions. I had a guru and Tibetan lama, practiced prayer and fasting, and meditation techniques. I studied metaphysics, channeling and the life of the soul, which I later taught to others.
Yet, after twenty-five years of seeking within the New Age and Eastern religions, I was left depressed and spiritually unfulfilled. Thanks to my late husband and the grace of God, my spiritual journey ultimately allowed me to convert to back to Christianity, find God and open my heart newly to Jesus Christ through the study of ancient Christianity in the Eastern Orthodox Church.
I am the author of two published books, The Pearl of Great Price and In Christ I am a New Creation, Part I. I am currently working on my third book, A Leap of Faith, and a book about my saint, St. Veronica, my other guardian angel. St. Veronica is the woman with the issue of blood, whom the Lord healed (Matt. 9:20). In 2018, I will be publishing a book about St. Veronica including an Orthodox liturgical service to her.
I am passionate about:
Eastern Orthodox Christianity (Orthodoxy) since my Christian conversion in 1996.
My relationship with Jesus Christ
Striving to live in the world, but not be of the world
Talking about spiritual warfare - there is an unseen battle being fought for the salvation of
our souls
Helping others come to peace with the Church and God
Connecting with other Orthodox Christians about their spiritual experiences
Living a full life while dealing with chronic health issues
My dogs and gardening
My saint, St. Veronica

I found this blog when I did a search for Orthodox Christians with fibromyalgia. I don’t have health insurance, so I am hoping the book you have recommended will help me. Thank you.
Dear Maria,
It will! There is a whole support network available as well. The book was an eye-opener to me and such a validation. There is hope! My husband and I have been on the protocol in the book for more than two months now and are hopeful that in a year from now we will be feeling much better.
God bless you,
Veronica
